Elaine M 1 week ago What an amazing place and family! Holly and Mason were so welcoming- as if we were guests of their bed and breakfast. Holly makes so many lovely treasures that are for sale in the gift shop and Mason continues to do an amazing job with the property. I didn’t realize we would be so close to the road but it wasn’t a problem at all. It was a real pleasure to meet Holly, Mason, their adorable girls, as well as the other harvest host family that was there that night.

John R 1 week ago I had a wonderful stay at the Hines Pine Mill house. Holly and Mason are some of the kindest, most gracious hosts I've had the pleasure of meeting and the property itself is just beautiful. I had an incident while I was there and one of my kitties got out at some point in the evening. Holly and Mason were so kind and understanding, offering to help me look after breakfast and allowing me to stay an extra evening. Holly even enlisted the aid of their little girls to help me find her. I can't say enough good things about the property of the good folks that are running it. A must stop if you find yourself in that area.
Cami G 2 weeks ago Holly and Mason were fantastic hosts! This is a great stopover. Their property is beautiful! Be sure to get the breakfast! We were even able to pick up some taffy for the kids!
Phillip S 2 weeks ago We had a wonderful stay at the Hines Pine Mill House. Holly and Mason were fantastic hosts. The property is very pretty and has such an interesting history. We stayed there with our two dogs and Holly and Mason served us a delicious breakfast on the patio and welcomed our dogs to be with us there. Very nice items for sale in their gift shop. Thank you so much! Kim and Phil.
Jill M 2 weeks ago Words cannot express the how much we enjoyed our impromptu stay with Holly, Mason and 3 beautiful daughters. We were in need of a place to stay on a Friday night and were very relieved when Holly said she had room for us. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with Mason and the girls. Make this a destination!! We hope to return someday, as this energetic young couple has plans to continue improving this historic landmark!
Steven & Trisha R 3 weeks ago We had a great stay here. Holly, Mason and their beautiful family offered a delicious breakfast and a tour of the Inn. Mason is a wealth of historical knowledge of the building and the area. Fantastic stay.

George S 3 weeks ago What an amazing find. This is our first Harvest Hosts experience and Holly met us with a smile. Beautifully shaded, it is such a great find in the high desert of eastern OR. We were staying on property in an RV but Holly welcomed us as guests and made us feel like part of the family. The inside of the B&B is magnificent - much more than what you might expect in this small town. Highly recommend for RVers or B&Bers!
Mark Y 3 weeks ago What a stay! Super friendly hosts! Very interesting logging factory with a personal tour. Great gift shop with homemade gifts. They shared a campfire, music and stars. We were invited to a gourmet breakfast in a large kitchen. Just fabulous! Would love to come back and stay in the rooms with fabulous bathrooms! Great harvest host spot!
Michael C 1 month ago My wife and I arrived in the early afternoon and were greeted very warmly by Holly and Mason. We were so impressed with the building and the decor. What a fun place! We enjoyed an evening at the fire pit and got to know our hosts and other guests. We had a wonderful breakfast with a real personal touch. We made new friends and we hope to return soon. We will tell all our friends to plan a stay at Hines Pine Mill House when they find themselves in the Burns, OR area...
Douglas P 1 month ago Amazing history and Holly & Mason are pretty amazing too! Great house tour, fireside chat and fabulous breakfast in a very spacious dining room- easy access and flat parking area- highly recommended!
Richard H 1 month ago Hines Pine Mill House is an oasis in Southeast Oregon for wayward travelers. Our stay was terrific. The level and convenient parking was great. Holly greeted us at Hines Pine Mill House and welcomed us to their very unique setting. We ordered breakfast for the following morning and are so pleased with the service and tasty start to another travel day. This is an excellent Harvest Host! As a bonus, across the street from this location is a Sinclair truck stop to fuel up.
Burneall E 1 month ago We were greeted by Holly on the phone and then when we arrived. As we talked it didn’t take long to see that the Hines Pine Mill House was not a job but a labor of love. They have saved this old building and turned it into a Bed and Breakfast. It is updated but you see pieces of history everywhere you turn. They also have a very nice gift shop with many hand crafted items made by local artisans. When you check in, be sure and tell Holly that you would like breakfast in the morning, if you don’t you will be missing out. If you are in the area or just passing through be sure and stop in and stay for the night.
